SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL PURCHASES OVER £50

We offer free standard delivery to any UK mainland address for purchases of £50 or over.

When you spend £50 or over, the standard delivery charge will automatically be removed at checkout.

 

ORDER PROCESS

You will be sent an order confirmation email upon placing your order,

If any items are out of stock we will inform you via email as soon as possible and will keep you informed about your orders progress.

Once your order is packaged and dispatched we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of the order. Please allow 2-5 working days from your dispatch confirmation email for your order to be delivered.

All items will be shipped to the address specified at checkout; this address will be on your confirmation email. Unfortunately we are unable to change this delivery address once the order has been placed.

 

DELIVERY & POSTAGE

All purchases are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, so a signature is required at delivery.

Standard UK: Delivery is usually within 2-5 working days from receiving your dispatch confirmation email. Orders below £50 will be charged £3.50 for postage.

Next Day Special Delivery: Order by 2pm for next day special delivery guaranteed by 1pm. A fee of £7.95 will be charged for postage. 

International EU Countries: Delivery is usually within 5-10 working days from receiving your dispatch confirmation email. A fee of £10.00 will be charged for postage.

International Non-EU Countries: Delivery is usually within 7-10 working days from receiving your dispatch confirmation email. Beautiful and Affordable (B & A) Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays or charges due to custom clearance. A fee of £15.00 will be charged for postage.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

All orders require a signature at delivery so please ensure that someone will be there to sign for it. 

We are unable to change this delivery address once the order has been placed. 

Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. 

If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery period please contact us and we will help you track your delivery. 

With the exception of Special Delivery items, we cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days has elapsed since the date of dispatch. It is not until then that the Royal Mail recognises that the parcel has been lost.

If an item is needed urgently (i.e. for a birthday present or for an occasion etc.), please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to dispatch quickly or, at the very least, we will let you know whether or not we can. 

We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by failure to gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or failure to obtain a signature or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the cases of items returned to us due to failed delivery it will be the customers’ responsibility to arrange and pay for redelivery.
